Mercedes-AMG GLA 45

Overview: The 2019 Lexus NX is the one and only midsize SUV offered by Lexus. Although it is considered a midsize SUV, it is by no means a small vehicle. If the 2019 model is anything like 2018, the interior will be very large and roomy, and there is a lot of legroom. The engine is also expected to be the same turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, and there is also going to be a hybrid model once again.

Overview: Named after the forever famous Stelvio Pass, the Alfa Romeo Stelvio can rip up that road just as well as any other sportscar under the sun. Alfa Romeo offers the Stelvio in three basic models. The Stelvio QF is not one to mess with. It can keep up with most AMG's.

Starting From: $36,400  Verdict: 9.5/10

Lexus RX

BMW X4

Acura RDX

Overview: The brand new Audi Q3 is Audi's response to the BMW X1 and the Acura RDX. They did a great job too. This is the second year that the Q3 is in production. I wouldn't really call this car an SUV even though Audi markets the Q3 that way.

Starting From: $49,900  Verdict: 8/10

Starting From: $50,450  Verdict: 9.5/10

Overview: The 2019 redesigned Infiniti QX50 is more of a lifted Sportback than an SUV. The QX50 has a much lower roofline and a much tighter, cramped interior and as you can see it got some of its stilling from the new Infiniti Q60. With the new model year though, Infiniti has added more height so the interior has a lot more room and the styling looks so much better than the previous QX50.

GMC Terrain

Overview: The Acura RDX is an everlasting crossover that will probably never go away. The Acura RDX has been around since 1986. That's 31 years. If you ask me that's 31 years too long. As I'm sure most of you know Honda owns Acura.

Overview: In the world of compact crossovers, many manufactures mess up for multiple reasons. They either put no effort into it or too much and then the price of the car goes through the roof. Luckily though the 2018 Honda CR-V isn't just another stereotype. The newly styled compact crossover has the perfect balance of a small vehicle that's easy to maneuver, and the luxury of a four-door sedan.

Starting From: $40,595  Verdict: 9/10

Lexus NX

Lincoln Nautilus

Overview: The all-new GMC Acadia has changed dramatically since the 2017 redesign. The Acadia is now sleeker and more stylish than the previous models. The new Acadia also comes with more power but was the Acadia better-left untouched

Overview: As Lexus's only crossover with a third row, the Lexus RX has a large gap to fill in the Lexus family. The RX does that with ease. A 295 horsepower V6, which is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission comes standard with front-wheel-drive. Of course, all-wheel-drive is available too. The is the first time that Lexus has ever taken one of their models and made an extended wheelbase version

Starting From: $44,500   Verdict: 9.5/10

Overview: This is the second-generation Audi Q5 and there are many differences from the first generation then the eye can see. The Audi Q5 runs on an inline 4, unlike the previous model which had a V6.

Overview: Along with the entire redesign of nearly the entire Mazda lineup comes the all-new CX-5. Mazda is now offering a 187 horsepower 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine with a six-speed automatic and front-wheel drive. If you live in an area where you have a lot of bad weather, all-wheel-drive is also optional.

Cadillac XT5 Crossover

Overview: Offering a smaller version of the already small Cadillac XT5 Crossover is something that should have occurred a long time ago. Almost every other manufacturer out there has made a smaller version of their small crossover. Not all of them have such a large starting price though.

Overview: The all-new, redesigned Buick Regal Sportback. Buick has made their car the was once considered as outdated and ugly a new stylish sporty hatchback that has the power to back the name.

Cadillac XT4

Starting From: $43,470   Verdict: 8.5/10

Starting From: Not Available  Verdict: Not Rated

Overview: As Jaguars one and only large SUV, the new Jaguar F-Pace has a very large void to fill. That's what we're here to find out. There are four engines available for the F-Pace. Engines include a standard 247 horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four cylinder. 296 horsepower is also available with the four-cylinder.

Overview: As Honda's flagship SUV, the Honda Pilot doesn't fill the slot very well. Starting with the engine, the Honda Pilot gets a 280 horsepower 3.5 liter V6 that goes to all wheels through a six-speed automatic, while the higher end models get a nine-speed automatic. The body style is also quite odd. The nose is flat which really doesn't help with aerodynamics, and the front grille is also obnoxiously large.

Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S

Audi A4 Allroad

GMC Acadia

Overview: It all started with the redesign of the Mazda CX-5. That then lead to the redesign of the Mazda 3 and 6 sedans. Now comes along the newly redesigned Mazda CX-3. With the new sharper body lines, the CX-3 is now more aerodynamic and now reportedly gets much better gas mileage

Discovery

Starting From: $37,300     Verdict: 10/10

Overview: The New MKX has a redesigned front grille and bumper, which is straight off of the Lincoln Navigator, and the MKX should have an updated interior. The updated interior should look something like the Lincoln Aviator. In case you didn't know the Aviator got its interior from the Navigator too.

Starting From: $29,950  Verdict: 8/10

Audi SQ5

Range Rover Velar

Starting From: $38,600  Verdict:10/10

Overview: The redesigned, elegant, and luxurious Lincoln Aviator will soon be back and better than ever. The Aviator will now be offering more upscale technology, a larger interior, and familiar looks. If you're looking at this truck and saying to yourself, "What does that look like?" Well, its designed similarly to the Lincoln Navigator. The Aviator, just as before, will basically be a downscaled Navigator.

Jeep Compass

Mazda CX-5

Ford Escape

Overview: It was 2015 when Lincoln revealed their new Navigator at the New York Auto Show. People immediately fell in love with the styling of that truck. People liked it so much and Lincoln saw the demand for it, so now they are basically taking the entire front grille, bumper, and taillights off of the Navigator and slapping them on every other SUV they currently make.

Maserati Levante

Overview: As the newest addition to the Land Rover family, the new Range Rover Velar combines Land Rover's off-road capabilities and their one of a kind styling all into one. The Velar offers a 247 horsepower 2.0-liter inline-four cylinder, a 380 horsepower supercharged 3.0-liter V6, and a 180 horsepower turbo diesel 2.0-liter inline-four cylinder are all offered.

Mazda CX-3

Overview: The all-new Audi A4 Allroad is one of the best hatchbacks there is. With its sleek styling and enormous power, the Allroad is very fast. Believe it or not, some people even use this car for offroading. With Audi's quattro all-wheel-drive system too, this car is unstoppable.

Infiniti QX30

Starting From: $39,995  Verdict: 7/10

Lincoln MKC

Kia Sorento

Overview: The new Kia Sorento is Kia's one and only mid-size SUV, but can it even be called an SUV? Kia styled this to look more like a minivan for some reason. I really don't get why because no one really likes the appearance of minivans. One thing that the Sorento has that other minivans don't is power. A 185 horsepower 2.4-liter inline-four with a six-speed automatic and front-wheel drive is standard.

Overview: he brand-new redesigned Jeep Cherokee appears to be capable of practically everything. With all-wheel-drive available, and 8.7 inches of ground clearance with the Trailhawk version, the Cherokee can also go practically anywhere on earth, but being top heavy, you also have to be very careful. The transmission is also another issue with all Jeeps.

Overview: As Infiniti adapts to the ever-changing economics of the world, it has begun to make more affordable cars that are still Infiniti's at heart. The Infiniti QX30 is no exception. The QX30 is the smallest SUV that Infiniti offers. The QX30 offers a 208 horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four travels to the front or all four wheels through a seven-speed automatic.

Starting From: $52,090  Verdict: 4/10

Jaguar E-Pace

Overview: The Land Rover Discovery is the second smallest SUV offered by Land Rover, but why is it the third most expensive? The Discovery is also more expensive than the newest addition to the Land Rover family, the Land Rover Range Rover Velar. The Discovery does have the power to defend its immense price tag though. You can choose either a gasoline V6 or a diesel V6.

Overview: The Land Rover Discovery Sport is the smallest SUV offered by Land Rover. It's also very odd how this is also one of three SUV's that they offer a third row in. The Discovery Sport does have the power to defend its immense price tag though. You can choose either a gasoline V6 or a diesel V6.

Overview: Land Rover's smallest crossover, and there only one is none other than the Range Rover Evoque. The Evoque is also Land Rovers first SUV that they are offering in a convertible. Land Rover has made an odd switch, especially for them. They are now going to be offering a hybrid option for every one of their models.

Kia Niro

Overview: The 2019 redesigned BMW X4 is more of a lifted Sportback than an SUV. The X4 has a much lower roofline and a much tighter, cramped interior and as you can see it got some of its styling from the new BMW X2.

2018-2019 Model Year Crossovers

Overview: The all-new redesigned 2018 Audio SQ5 is the perfect mix of power and offroad capabilities. With its new twin-turbo V6 it generates more horsepower than the twin-turbo V6 that's in the Audi Q7.

Overview: As Cadillacs one and only mid-size SUV, the new Cadillac XT5 has a lot of competitors that won't back down without a fight. First off, the XT5 has one off styling. It's made out of lightweight materials, which helps the car corner much better, and also helps the 310 horsepower V6 rocket the XT5 to 60mph in just over six and a half seconds.

Infiniti QX50

Starting From: $22,990  Verdict: 9/10

Starting From: $23,995  Verdict: 8.5/10

Overview: Another one of AMG's ballistic cars is not what you would expect. You would think that it's near impossible for an SUV to have a 0-60 time of just over three seconds, but AMG has somehow turned the tables and made not only their cars fast but their SUV's too. For the GLC 43 AMG offers a 362 horsepower V6, which equates to a 0-60 time of around four and a half seconds.

BMW X2

Overview: With its very controversial styling, the all-new GMC Terrain combines GMC's luxury into a midsize SUV like no other. First off, GMC did something very odd with the styling of the Terrain. It seems that they made the car sculpted around the front grille, and what I mean by that is that almost all of the body lines start from the front grille

Buick Envision

Starting From: $33,995  Verdict: 4.5/10

Overview: With Jeeps newest addition to their family, does the all-new Jeep Compass have what it takes to be a true Jeep? First off, in order for a vehicle to be a Jeep, it needs to be completely off-road capable, and Jeep confirmed that by offering the Trail Hawk edition for the Compass.

Overview: The brand new 2018 BMW X2 is the first of its kind. This is the first X2 BMW has ever made. As BMW adapts to the ever-changing economics of the world, it has begun to make more affordable cars that are still BMW's at heart. The X2 is no exception.

Overview: When Buick first announced that they were coming out with a convertible, no one expected it to be any good. That's not too far off either. The Cascada comes with a 1.6-liter turbo four-cylinder that produces 200 horsepower.

Starting From: $23,940   Verdict: 9.5/10

Jeep Cherokee

Overview: Whoever thought that Mercedes's most maniacal AMG car would be the GLA 45. It is the smallest AMG offered by far, and it is one of the least expensive AMG's too. The AMG comes equipped with a 375 horsepower turbocharged inline-four with 350 lb-ft of torque. That turbocharger can supply up to 26.1 psi of boost to this little car. It's practically a rocketship.

Overview: For the first time ever, Maserati has thrown a V8 into the Levante. Pushing out 550 horsepower to all four wheels, the Levante can also hit 60 mph in 4 seconds flat. That makes it nearly an entire second faster to 60 mph than the Maserati Gran Turismo. If 550 horsepower isn't enough, there is also a Levante Trofeo.

Overview: In the world of compact crossovers, many manufactures mess up for multiple reasons. They either put no effort into it or too much and then the price of the car goes through the roof. Luckily though the 2018 Buick Encore isn't just another stereotype.

Starting From: $44,600   Verdict: 9.5/10

Overview: The Jaguar F-Pace is by far one of the best vehicles Jaguar has ever made. So why would Jaguar decide to come out with their first ever crossover? First off, this is the crossover that Jaguar set a world record in for the worlds longest barrel roll. While that is quite an odd way to introduce a new SUV to the market, it was very effective.

Honda Pilot

Overview: As Fords smallest SUV crossover, the Ford Escape combines the sportiness of an SUV all compacted into one small piece of perfection. First off, Ford offers three different engines. The base engine is a 168-hp four-cylinder, an optional 179-hp turbo four is also available, or the 245-hp turbo four.

Overview: The all-new second-generation Kia Niro has also received some upgrade along with most Kia models. This is because Kia wants to upgrade all of their cars so they can all offer many advanced safety models. This was a very smart move on their part especially because as technology evolves people get distracted easier so there needs to be safety systems to help stop the car and keep it in the lane.
